Founder / CEO

Casey is not only our Founder and CEO but also the lead developer who built this product 100% from scratch. From day one, he knew the foundation on which he wanted to build this company: integrity, honesty, and quality. In light of this, the company's name, Shergo, was chosen. The name comes from a combination of his last name, 'Sheehan,' and the word 'ergonomic.' The reason for the name is to ensure that the company never loses sight of its differentiators and core values. The 'She' in 'Shergo' represents his ideas of integrity and transparency in business, while the 'ergo' represents making the software as efficient and high-quality as possible.

Alex Gallagher

Head of Operations

Alex started his journey in the pawn industry as a entry level technical support agent, eventually rising through the ranks to manage a technical support team. He has worked alongside executives and with critical accounts, gaining valuable insights and experience over the years. Alex prides himself on his ability to provide outstanding value to customers and lead successful teams.
